  1. Inclusive Coverage: Open to all Indian national pilots, regardless of employer or location, up to age 65 (conditions apply for ages above 58<\/em>).<\/strong><\/li>\r\n\t
  2. Comprehensive Protection: Covers Death, PMU, TMU, and Temporary Grounding (TG) due to incidents\/accidents and one-time post-flight BA misses.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n\t
  3. Affordable Premium:<\/strong>\r\n\t

    • \u20b91,20,000 yearly or \u20b910,000 monthly (membership valid for 12 months from the date of application).<\/li>\r\n\t\t
    • BF cover starts after the first year’s payment gets credited.<\/li>\r\n\t\t
    • Rs 5000 yearly would be charged as a facilitation charge for members opting for monthly or any part payment.<\/li>\r\n\t<\/ul>\r\n\t<\/li>\r\n\t
    • Benevolent Cover:<\/strong>\r\n\t

        Cover above 58 years:<\/strong> Members ages above 58 years<\/strong> will receive cover for PMU\/ DEATH<\/strong> as per below conditions:<\/p>\r\n\r\n

        a. Should have completed atleast 5 years in ALPA as BF members of claim 100% cover
        \r\nb. Members joined before the age of 53 will be covered 100%

          2. Refund Policy: Premium refunded at \u20b972,000\/year with 6% simple interest upon retirement at 65 or after 10 years (if no claims are made).<\/strong><\/li>\r\n\t
          3. Immediate Coverage: No cooling-off period.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n\t
          4. Family Health Insurance: GMC coverage at the best market rates (details available on the website).<\/strong><\/li>\r\n\t

              Membership Procedure<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n

              1. Complete the registration form on our website and upload the last three years' medical assessments\/CA-35.<\/li>\r\n\t
              2. Pilots with pre-existing medical conditions are not excluded <\/strong>but must disclose conditions that led to medical grounding during registration.<\/li>\r\n\t
              3. Membership approval is subject to the ALPA Management Committee and Medical Panel.<\/li>\r\n\t
              4. For foreign license holders, upload the last three years of medicals via the website.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n
